Our Policy
Our team provides free adjustments for the life of the complete (D5410 and D5411) and partial dentures (D5421 and D5422) made by our facility. If you experience partial breaks of the entire denture breaks during normal use in the first year of service, our team repair or replace your dentures at no charge. These offers are null and void if anyone but Dr. Hook or our staff alters, repairs, or modifies the dentures. To clarify, dental adjustment is defined by marking and removing acrylic to relieve sore spots or pressure. If you experience loose dentures from resorption of ridges and need re-based or relined, see the fee page for additional charges for all procedures and fees.
